By installing or using Dramour ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country, whichever is higher). Dramour confirms your age at first launch via a one-time date-of-birth check.
Drink responsibly
Dramour is a tool for whisky enthusiasts to catalogue and discuss whisky. It is not a recommendation to drink, and we make no claim about the health, safety, or wisdom of consuming alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
AI features
Dramour uses Anthropic's Claude API to power label extraction (the camera reads a bottle and proposes structured data) and Dramcierge (a conversational whisky concierge). Both are AI-driven and can be wrong. Always verify any factual claim before acting on it. Dramour is not responsible for any decision you make based on AI output.
SMWS flavour profile system
Dramour references The Scotch Malt Whisky Society's flavour profile system (legacy 12 colours and the new 8 profiles introduced in 2025). Dramour is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. The names of the profiles are used for descriptive and educational purposes only.
Your content
Bottles you save, photos you take, notes you write, and conversations with Dramcierge remain your content. We do not claim ownership over any content you create in the app.
Third parties
Anthropic processes label photos and chat messages on Dramour's behalf under their own terms. Apple and Google provide optional sign-in identity under their respective terms.
No warranty
Dramour is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dramour, its publishers, and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and communicated within the app.
