Privacy Policy

Dramour is a whisky discovery app. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@dramour.app.

Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address. This is used to identify your account and personalise your experience.

Your collection. Bottle names, distilleries, tasting notes, ratings, and label photos you capture or enter are stored in your account and synced to our servers so you can restore them on a new device.

Chat history. Messages you send to Dramcierge (our AI assistant) are stored in your account and sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing.

Preferences. Your experience level, preferred flavours, and regions are stored with your account to personalise recommendations.

Age verification. Your date of birth is stored locally on your device only. It is never sent to our servers.

Supabase — our database and file storage provider. Your collection, preferences, and chat history are stored on Supabase infrastructure.

Anthropic (Claude) — powers the Dramcierge AI assistant. Your chat messages and bottle context are sent to Anthropic to generate responses.

Apple / Google — authentication providers. Sign-in is handled by Apple or Google. We receive only the information you grant at sign-in (name, email).

Export. You can export your entire collection as a JSON file via Settings → Export collection.

Delete. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Contact us. To request data access, correction, or deletion by email, write to hello@dramour.app.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our servers within a few seconds. Anthropic may retain conversation data in accordance with their own policies.

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls that ensure only you can read or modify it. Bottle label photos are stored in private cloud storage accessible only to your account.

Dramour is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. The app includes an age gate that prevents access for underage users.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you within the app. Continued use of Dramour after changes constitutes acceptance.
