Delete your account

You can delete your account directly inside the Dramour app. Deletion is permanent and immediate — there is no grace period or recovery option.

How to delete in the app

    Open the Dramour app on your device.

  2. 2

    Tap the Settings tab (bottom-right of the screen).

  3. 3

    Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.

  4. 4

    Confirm when prompted. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials

  • Your entire whisky collection, tasting notes, and ratings

  • Label photos you have captured

  • Your Dramcierge chat history

  • Your preferences and experience settings

Your age verification date is stored locally on your device only and is not held on our servers.

No longer have access to the app?

If you cannot access the app to delete your account, email us and we will delete it manually within 30 days.
